Well, Geezerfest 2020 came and went in a blink of an eye. Months of preparation to showcase the best you have to offer in 30 minutes seems ridiculous, but it is worth the thrill and energy experienced playing with Utah’s most seasoned rock musicians. The COVID pandemic did little to squash the spirits of all those who attended this year. Social distancing, masks, and safety precautions were practiced by the audience as well as musicians who were not performing during their time slot. We were fortunate to kick off the event as the opening band and spent 1-1/2 solid days of fun and excitement supporting our peers and the event. Our charitable contributions were directed to “Tabitha’s Way” this year, which is a food bank servicing Utah counties up and down the Wasatch Front working hard providing food assistance and strengthening communities by fighting the adverse effects of hunger and food insecurity. The attached picture was taken by my Granddaughter who was in attendance. See you at Geezerfest 2021!
